Processing Times

Orders are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days after submission. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will begin processing the following business day. All Custom Request items will take an additional 2-3 business days to process, plus shipping time for delivery.

Expedited processing is available on a case-by-case basis. If your order is under a time constraint, please email info@tactical-decals.com for further information.

Please note: Expedited shipping applies only after the processing time.

 

Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.
The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

All Shipments are shipped with USPS within the Continental US. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for all ground deliveries.

Upgraded shipping is available at an additional cost. We offer 2-3 Day US Priority Shipping, and USPS Express Overnight Shipping. These shipping times do not account for our in-house processing time.

 

Delivery Dates & Times

All shipments go out Monday – Friday. Most shipping options deliver only on business days. Saturday delivery is available upon request.

Please keep in mind that extreme weather can always impact shipping. All delivery dates are subject to change at the discretion of USPS.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. Once an order has left our warehouse, we no longer have control of the package. If you choose to use our Standard USPS shipping as your delivery method, USPS does not guarantee delivery times or dates. Should you need faster delivery, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping method accordingly.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, we will send you email updates that include your tracking number and the location of your package. 

You can also track all orders by logging into your account and referencing your order confirmation number.

 

Money-Back Guarantee

Tactical Decals offers a money-back guarantee on all products. Orders can be returned at any point within 30 days of delivery. All returned orders must be in their original condition and must be returned with all of the original packaging.

Please Note: Personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When returning an order, we will credit your account once it arrives back in our warehouse. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product,   Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.

 

Damaged or Orders

Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email us so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement product.
